Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-04-25
By using CPUVersus you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.
1. The service
CPUVersus provides editorial content, product comparisons, and aggregated benchmark data for desktop CPUs. The site is provided as-is, on a best-effort basis, with no warranty of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any specific purpose.
2. Accuracy of information
We strive for accuracy. Every benchmark we publish cites a source, every spec cites a manufacturer datasheet, and our methodology is published at /methodology. Despite this, hardware data changes (BIOS revisions, microcode updates, driver releases) and we make no guarantee that any specific number will remain accurate at any given moment. Verify critical purchase decisions against authoritative sources.
3. Affiliate links
The site contains affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no cost to you. Our editorial recommendations are not influenced by affiliate revenue. See /affiliate-disclosure.
4. Intellectual property
Our editorial content (writing, layout, comparisons) is © 2026 CPUVersus. Benchmark data and product specifications are facts and not subject to copyright; we cite their original publishers. Manufacturer trademarks (AMD, Intel, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are used here for nominative, identifying purposes only.

You agree not to:
- Scrape the site at high volume or in a way that degrades service for other readers
- Republish our editorial content as your own
- Misrepresent our verdicts or strip attribution from data
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CPUVersus and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its data, including but not limited to purchase decisions made on the basis of published benchmarks.
7. Changes to these terms
