How the score is calculated
- Each CPU gets a 0–1 sub-score for Gaming (avg of Geekbench single-core, Cinebench single-core, gaming aggregate), Productivity (avg of multi-core Geekbench & Cinebench), Value (productivity per dollar, vs the priciest chip), and Efficiency (productivity penalized by TDP).
- Sub-scores are normalized against the maximum in our catalog for that metric.
- Your slider weights are normalized to sum to 100, then multiplied through the sub-scores — missing data is excluded, never zeroed.
- Final total =
Σ (weight ÷ total_weight) × sub_score × 100.
